The first quarter of 2024 saw varied performance among the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in Algeria. Here’s a closer look at the weekly trends for YNAB, Splitwise, Mobills: Budget Planner, Zaim, and Bankin'.

YNAB from ynab.com saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $13 in the final weeks of February and into March. However, its weekly downloads were concentrated at the beginning of the quarter, with 76 downloads in the first week of January. Active users decreased from 46 in the first week of January to 10 by mid-February.

Splitwise maintained a consistent weekly revenue of approximately $4 to $6 throughout the quarter. However, there were no downloads recorded for the entire period, and active user data was unavailable.

Mobills: Budget Planner also displayed a stable weekly revenue trend, ranging between $3 and $6. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 30 in early January, peaking at 32 in the second week, and then gradually declining to 25 by early March.

Zaim from Kufu AI Studio reported consistent weekly revenue at around $2 to $3. Active users showed a gradual decline from 56 in the first week of January to 45 by the end of March.

Bankin' by Bankin SAS experienced the highest number of weekly downloads, starting at 153 in the first week of January and then decreasing to 25 by the end of March. Active users decreased from 167 in early January to 106 by the end of the quarter. Weekly revenue remained stable at around $2 to $3.
